Born and raised in Hollywood Fl, TJ was an athlete. It wasn't until middle school where he learned to play volleyball, went to the all-star game in high school, and received MVP his first year in college. He later took his fitness up a notch when he started competing in bodybuilding shows. Now, he is a personal trainer
A question that I often get is "Why do you compete?" And I always reply, "It makes me a stronger person mentally, emotionally, and physically." In 2016, I competed in my first bodybuilding show. As I'm entering my 7th competition season, I've learned how to diet smarter, train harder, and recover quicker. I compete in the classic physique division where I've won numerous shows. Bodybuilding has given me confidence, pride, and has allowed me to teach myself discipline.
